Paladin is the most popular welded mesh panel fence due to its innovative and unique appearance, and can be specified whenever an aesthetically pleasing appearance is required.

As well as sophisticated good looks, the Paladin manufacturing process utilises 3mm diameter galvanised wire with horizontals spaced at 50mm and verticals at centres ranging between 12.5mm and 50mm to form the unique Paladin panel pattern.

Paladin fencing is popular for a variety of uses including parks, schools, airports, public buildings, sports arenas, marinas, warehouses, factories, etc. The fence panels feature pressed ‘V’ forms for the full panel width for strength, rigidity and sophisticated good looks whilst providing a cost-effective anti-intruder barrier. 

Paladin Fencing Panel

The panels are 3000mm wide and heights range from 900 to 2400mm.

The panels have pressed ‘V’ beams which contain additional 4mm wires to give increased strength and rigidity.

Mesh sizes vary to a maximum 50 x 50mm.

Paladin has sophisticated good looks whilst providing a very secure fencing system.

900 – 1800mm panels have 2 ‘V’ beams.

2000 – 2400mm panels have 3 ‘V’ beams.

Paladin Fencing Coating

Paladin fencing panels are made out of galvanised wires (min. 40 g/m2). An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron).

The fence posts are polyester powder coated with a galvanised substrate in accordance with Euro norm 10147 (min. 60 micron).

Paladin Fencing Colours

Standard colours are Green and Black.

To achieve fence heights in excess of 2.40m, the panels are designed for multi-lift erection i.e. one or more panels are placed above the bottom panel.

Paladin Fencing Installation

The method of installation for both standard and Multi Lift Paladin remains the same, with posts positioned at 2.975m centres and adjacent panels overlapping each other by 50mm.

The clamp bar passes through the formed "V" beams and the bolts are inserted to secure both the clamp bar and the panel to the post. This creates a neat and tidy secure method of installation.

When an additional panel is fixed at high level, a 100mm overlap is also required over the panel below and the two panels are securely fastened together by means of stainless steel clip.
